By Syafiq Affendy THE MB Invitational Cup Softball Tournament got hotter on Day 5 yesterday with more action-packed matches at the Royal Brunei Polo & Riding Club in Jerudong as competition was intense evident from the results. In the men’s category, Zombies beat Black Arrows 1-0, Banzai lost to Pirates 6-2, Legends from the Philippines continued their winning streak beating Comets 16-0, while Chikara’s hard work paid off when they beat Indonesia’s Rebels 2-0. Both Chikara and Rebels gave their best from the start of the match and maintained their focus and good form throughout the game. Chikara led by team leader YAM Pengiran Anak Mansurah Izzul Bolkiah, turned out the better team as they scored two runs while foiling the Rebels’ scoring attempts.
