Chikara Blank Red Arrows 15-0

Bandar Seri Begawan - With each match being played at the ongoing MB Invitational Cup Softball Tournament, the teams gained more experience and the more challenging they will be as they brainstorm new strategies to win the tournament.

Five matches were held yesterday at the Royal Brunei Polo Club Kensei lost to Wanderers 2-6; Legends from the Philippines won 7-0 against Pasadena, while Zombies go up against Pirates and Black Arrows against Banzai later in the night.

Chikara, however, have proven that the experience gained throughout the matches in the past three days were very useful, as they beat Red Arrows 15-0, another impressive feat by the ladies.

Led by YAM Pengiran Anak Mansurah Izzul Bolkiah, Chikara soared to victory with a fine display of teamwork and focus by all the team members.

Brunei has witnessed a tremendous increase of softball enthusiasts, where more men and women teams are being formed of late.
